Also, regarding CTC when I joined this company they told me 85K per month. They used to give this amount in two parts 35K in my account & 50K in my hand. Now, when I m asking for salary slip he is saying u will get but of 35K slip only. Now I am stressed & frustrated because if I want hike in any company then it's depend upon previous salary.

A.Dear client,
You must bring the matter to the attention of the appropriate authorities. If you are not a Manager/Supervisor in the current company, but a workman as defined in Section 2(s) of the Industrial Dispute Act, you must contact the office of the Labour Commissioner concerned to file a complaint against the employer for redress of your grievance.

A.Dear Client,
You resumed your present company on acceptance of their offer letter and if the offer letter shows your salary as Rs.85K, then the company is duty-bound to issue you relieving/experience letter showing the duration of your employment in the company and the amount of your monthly salary/CTC package. But in case your offer letter shows your monthly salary as Rs.35K, then you can not claim a relieving/experience letter showing the figure of your monthly salary as Rs.85K. Maybe the amount of Rs.50K which was paid to you by hand is an incentive or other service-linked allowance. In any case, when the matter is affecting your career for such an unethical and unfair practice of the current employer, you need to bring the matter to the notice of the concerned authority, If you are not holding the position of Manager/Supervisor in the current company, but a workman as defined u/s.2(s) of the Industrial Dispute Act then for such an arbitrary and unfair practice/action, reach out to the office of the Labour Commissioner concerned for filing a complaint against the employer for redressal of your grievance.
