DAMAGE TO PARKED CAR

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR PARKED IN THE SOCIETY ALLOTTED PARKING SPACE AND ALSO CHARGING FOR THE SAME
A.Dear client,
Following receipt of the maintenance payment, the RWA is responsible for taking good care of the safety and security of resident owners and their properties, as well as resolving any complaints of a resident member of the Association in accordance with the provisions of the Byelaws. Otherwise, you should file a complaint with the local PS about the damage to your automobile while it was parked in the Society's parking lot and bring the case to the Registrar of Society for the appropriate decision.

If you are leaving in a housing complex and gated society maintained by the registered Apartment Owners Association having security guards and CCTV surveillance, you should bring the matter to the notice of RWA for necessary action as per the provision of Byelaws. The responsibility lies upon the RWA to take proper care of the safety and security of resident owners and their properties on receipt of the maintenance charge and resolved any complaints of a resident member of the Association following the provision of Byelaws. Failing which you should make a complaint in the local PS for the damage to your car while it is parked inside the parking area of the Society and bring the matter to the Registrar of Society for desired resolution in the matter.
