Dear Sir/mam
I am Gaurav pal singh bhati I have filled a writ petition in Jaipur highcourt CNR number :RJHC02-038143-2023 the opposition party haven't replied to the notice and court have given a new date how long does it take if they don't reply to the notice for the court to give a decision. And what should I do to make it more faster.

A.Dear client,
As per order 9 rule 13 of the CPC, If the defendant fails to submit the written statement within one hundred twenty days(i.e., 30 days plus 90 days), then the court will pass an ex parte decree and the defendant's right to file a written statement will be forfeited.
