WFH fraud employer mark information technology

I have gone through govt website portal ncs. Gov. In... There they have mentioned as HR name Syed shahid hussain for future payment details.. First they told me to pay 775 rs as a application fee as it mentioned.. And then after 2 days they sent me a offer letter and joining letter and asked me to pat 3000rs as a security deposit for providing laptop which is refundable... They forced me to pay after receiving the money they cheated by not picking up the calls and texts.. I really upset and worried.. At my current situation it is really big amount to me.. Because they keep on cheating everybody... Need to take action against them.. Thank you

Have you gone through the terms and conditions before registering yourself for the job of the concerned entities or if you check out the ins and outs of the establishment before registration on the digital platform? If not then it is a lapse on your part and you can not claim for benefits of lack of ignorance. However, when the matter has incurred or caused a financial loss, you need to inform the matter in detail along with text messages, emails, and sources of information etc. to the Police by lodging an FIR in the local PS and Cyber Cell against the fraud entity engaged in fraudulent activities and cooperate the investigating agencies for resolving the matter at the earliest.
