Can we represent ourselves in court?
And if yes then written submission to be made in court, does has to be from any lawyer or we can submit written submission without any lawyers authentication or verification.
Matter is related writ petition of Mandamus against govt. university

First question and first sentence... the answer is YES.
2.It depends on how competent you are and how capable in terms of drafting and pleading your case without the help of any Advocate.
3.Writ of mandamus or another writ is immaterial, what is material and important at this stage is not the written statement but your arguments in favour of your case with citations etc. to convince the Judge in the High Court.
