A.Dear client,
If you have not signed any bond or agreement with the company regarding this, then they cannot initiate any action. It is preferable to put an end to the situation by sending a letter informing them of your need to leave the organization and the country immediately.

A.Dear Client,
On acceptance of an offer of employment of an overseas company, you resumed the company and left the company without following the terms and conditions of the contract of your employment which amount to a breach of contract and is termed as misconduct on your part, So, an overseas company can take legal action against you following the relevant laws applicable on the subject in that country and call you back to face legal consequences approaching the concerned ministry and foreign embassy of both the country. So, reach out to an Advocate who deals with overseas matters guidance, and reference for an Attorney in that country who can take suitable steps in the matter..
