Harassment and forcing to commit suicide

I have been threatened by Kotak Mahindra Bank and asking me to commit suicide. I have the audip clip of the same. I am not able to pay my high EMI as I have lost my job. They have used abusive language with my wife and references and also called my 13 year old son and telling them their father is a fraud. I have raised a concern with the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions and its currently with the a RBI Ombudsman team. However, I am concerned of the how they treat their customers. DO advise. I need legal advise now
