I have a flat in co operative society in Delhi dwarka of which I was allotted a share certificate in 2003. I have a list of allotment in which I was selected as a member of the society and a letter of maintenance against my flat on my name of year 2015. But no other documents was provided to me like allotment letter, society buyer aggreement, position letter or conveyance deed from the society. I want to know that how can I get these information as the society is not even giving me the details like my flat which I had to arrange through someone I know who live with the society. The president and other member are not co operating with me regarding the this issue in the society. Ho can I get the details of my society and what are the remedies that are available to me in this case.

A.Dear Client,
If the Cooperative Society is not cooperating or responding to your written appeal, you may bring the matter to the notice of the Regulatory Authority i.e, Registrar of Cooperative Societies for redressal of your grievance against the Society. Being a member of society, you got the right to acquire all these documents/papers from the society and the society is duty-bound to hand over the said documents as per the provision of the Byelaws of the society.
