i booked order for online classes but they did wrong order placement and given wrong information.i paid 28000 for 3 years classes.i tried to cancel the order after 3 days of order placement.still my order not cancelled.they try to convience parents to not cancel the order.but cancelation is not done.so many call centre people from byjus reached me by call nearly 35 people.no one have information about our order.they asked me again and again for information and problem.all are raised a complaint about cancelation from 20 days but still i didnot reaceive call from cancelation department.how can i approch consumer court and resolve my problem.
