A.Dear Client,
Keep copies of bank statements, transaction records, and any other relevant evidence that shows the money transfers you've made to your husband.
Protection Orders: If you're facing any form of abuse or if you feel unsafe, you might want to explore obtaining a protection order or restraining order. This can help ensure your safety while legal matters are being addressed.
Legal Notice: Your first step might be to send a legal notice through a lawyer to your husband. This notice can outline the amount you've provided, the reasons for the payments, and a demand for repayment within a specified period. It can also indicate that if repayment is not made, you might consider taking legal action.

Loan Agreement: If there were verbal agreements or discussions about the money you provided is a loan, you might consider creating a written loan agreement that outlines the terms of the loan, including repayment terms and any interest.
Civil Lawsuit: If your husband is unwilling to repay the money, you might have the option to file a civil lawsuit for recovery of the amount. A civil lawsuit is a legal action between individuals seeking monetary compensation. An attorney can guide you through the process of filing a lawsuit in the appropriate court.
Evidence Gathering: To support your case, you should gather all relevant evidence, such as bank statements, transaction records, communication (including text messages, emails, or letters), and any other documentation that demonstrates the loans you provided.
Thanks

A.Dear Madam,
If you transfer your amounts to your husband’s account then it is very difficult for both of you to lead future life. Threaten him not to commit any such activities which invite financial transactions.
