A.Dear Client,
According to the new rule issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the persons on the loan defaulters list submitted by the CIBIL or RBI will not be allowed to pass through the emigration checkpoint. A willful defaulter is an entity or a person that has not paid the loan back despite the ability to repay it. Once you get a legal notice from the Bank/FI asking you to repay the debt/loan amount lying against you failing which the bank has a right to file a civil as well as a criminal case by bouncing your security cheque. And if the case is filed against you, then your PCC application will be rejected even without assigning any reason.

A.Dear client,
The person sending the legal notice notifies the person who receives such notice about sender's intention of taking any legal proceeding against him later, the sender makes aware the recipient about any future legal proceeding. Legal notice shall not harm your interests, it is only when a complaint is registered against you that you must be worried
