Byju's not refunding the amount. Byju's not refunding the amount.

I've taken byju's premium course two months ago. But not satisfied with the recorded lectures. Right after just 3 days I told to cancel but they are not responding. So, I complain in the consumer forum. They cancelled the loan and course but are not refunding the amount they took at the time of registration. What should I do now?
