if i file divorce on my husvand is he giv compensation or not sir. and how much does it cost for filing divorce and maintainancem becz i am nt working and my father dont give money for this purpose. so how can i handle this.and if he file case how to make him to avoid filing case without calling him.

A.dear client in your matter you can file divorce petition against your husband..you haven't mention for what purpose you are going to file..and yes you can claim maintenance from your husband .

The divorced women (single) entitled to get maintenance U/S 125 Crpc from husband. But she should be a unemployed women.
