Noise from upper floor in hirise

People living above me in a hirise building in Noida make a lot of sound. Their child plays football, scooter/ cycle, inside the home. They don't even listen to our complaints about maintaining peace.

If there is any noise after 10 p.m., you may contact the local police and they shall give your neighbor a warning. If they do not stop, you may file a case under Section 290 of the IPC and they shall have to pay a fine of INR 200.
