is it possible to transfer police case from one district to other district

my husband sent notice dat he put complaint on me. how to avoid dat bcz he is planned to murder me.i dnt wnt to rejoin and dnt wnt to make him to put case. if he files case is it possible to transfer it from one police station of difrnt district to other district.

A.dear client in your matter you can file a petition in the High court to transfer a case from one place to another in the same state.If the high court find good ground for transfer,the court may allow the transfer petition

A.Can you explain what are the contents in the said notice? if you thing your husband is planning murder as you have said in your query inform nearest police authorities immediately about the said intention of your husband. yes you can transfer but all depends upon the cases which had been filed .
