Sir, iam joined government service 2008 ,I submit PWD certificate issued medical board 40% disability, Recently PWD act 2016 some changes are occured to issuing disability certificate, my certificate is permanent disability certificate issued on 2001 ,is it valid to fail Case to my department

A.Dear sir,
It is dependent on the effectiveness of any amendments made to the PWD Act 2016. In any event, he may submit a complaint with the state service tribunal or the High Court.

A.Dear Sir,
It depends upon the effective of such amendment if any brought to PWD Act 2016. In either case he can file a case before state service tribunal or before High Court.
