High tension power line run over my personal property, i want to do construction on my property, but i cant construct 2 nd flour due to wires what can i do to get relief .

A.Dear Sir,
First submit a memorandum or representation to the concerned authority to remove the same if not removed approach High Court and get appropriate directions.

A.Dear Client,
You are entitled to compensation as HT line passes through the residential land and creates obstacles in the enjoyment of land. HT line is also a constant threat to the life of the residents around the place and diminishing the market value of the land. If the HT lines have been drawn over your lands without following the procedures by the electricity department, you may file a written complaint to Power Transmission Department, to remove the high-tension wires from the land. In case they fail to remove the HT wires, then you may approach the Electricity Ombudsman failing which you need to approach High Court by filing a writ petition against them seeking compensation or direction to remove the same if it is endangering the life of residents/inhabitants of the place.

A.Dear client,
We suggest you to make a written complaint to Power Transmission Department, to remove the high tension wires. In case they fail to remove the wires, then you may lodge a complaint in police station and file a suit for compensation in Civil Court.
