I have legally changed my name and through my employer and personally submitted request for name from last 3 years but every time it is getting rejected with comments as " Your request to change Name/DOB/Gender in unified portal is rejected by EPFO field office Reason : KINDLY SUBMIT PHYSICAL JOINT DECLARATION ALONG WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS THROUGH EMPLOYER".
Not sure, if it done intentionally.
Please advise some suggestions, I'm tired with this EPFO team and their way of work. Grievences also does work for me.

A.Dear client,
Please follow the below mentioned steps
Step 1: Log in to the UAN member portal using your UAN and password. Step 2: Now, on the menu bar, navigate to the manage option and select the basic details option from the sub-menu. Step 3: You should now see an option to correct your information. Step 4: Enter your name, DOB, and Aadhar number as they appear on your Aadhar card. Step 5: After completing all of the essential information, click the submit button. So, follow the instructions/advice of the PF Office to correct your particulars, failing which you may bring the problem to the attention of the Regional PF Commissioner for resolution of your grievance, failing which you may submit an appeal before the EPF Tribunal.
