What is the legal requirement of distance between the concrete electric pole from the road berm by the BESCOM

Installation of Electric poles on public roads is a public works/service and is regulated by the norms of the concerned authority, if you are aggrieved by public works then you can raise your grievance before the GRO, BESCOM and if not resolved then make a complaint against the electricity supplying agency/licensee before the Electricity Ombudsman for redressal of your grievance.
