Purchased Agricultural Land Plot Purchased Agricultural Land Plot

I have bought a plot in an griculture land, it is supposed to be diverted to non agricultural land.
The builder is in the process on doing it. But i want to know what can i do if i want my money back from the builder?
I don't know how much time it will take to complete the process and will it get the conversion certificate or not.
What legal action can be taken against the builder to take my money back?

A.Dear client,
Please send a letter to the builder demanding back your money and if he fails to do so you can initiate proceedings against him in the appropriate civil court if you have proper grievance against him

A.Dear Client,
When you bought the property being aware of its status, the seller or Builder cannot be held responsible for the delay in the processing of conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural/Bastu land that solely depends on the concerned Authority(Land Deptt.). So at the moment, you got no legal remedy to get back the money from the Builder/Seller even through litigation.
