Commercial vehicle manufacturing defects or insurance claim

I had purchased one commercial vehicle (Hydra crane) cost 26.5 lakhs on 12 Aug 2022 with 6 months warranty and insurance valid till 12 Aug 2023.
From the 2nd week of purchase date vehicle is giving continuous repair and most of the time was kept aside for repair.
On 10 Aug 2023 my vehicle cardle easy and engine etc broken during work. Now company is saying that waranty is expired and insurance person are saying that is manufacturing defect you cannot get claim as it is not an accident.
it is a commercial vehicle I can't file case in consumer protection act. What is the legal options plz suggest.

You may go to Civil Court and file civil case claiming such compensation. Further get issue a legal notice that you are uploading bad remarks on social network etc.
