Lap Liam taken in Mumbai Maharashtra .Cases filed in Jaipur under section 138 n.i.act / 25 PASSA. Bounce ECS amount already paid. Bank issued statements online. Cases still filed after making payment. Receiving summons and Warrant for all paid amounts. Want to obtain stay and appeal . What is the procedure. Can you suggest proper lawyer
