A.Dear Client,
Document Everything: Keep records of all the loan documents, notices, summonses, and any communication related to the loans. This documentation will be valuable if legal action becomes necessary.

Understand Liability: Understand the extent of your liability for the loans. If your name is on the loans, you might be legally responsible for them, even if you weren't aware of the details. Discuss this with your attorney to better comprehend your situation.

Communication: If you haven't already, try having an open and honest conversation with your husband about the situation. It's important to understand his perspective and motivations for not making the payments.

Negotiation with Lender: You could try negotiating with Shriram Finance to explain the situation. They might be willing to work out a payment plan or other arrangement if they understand your position.

Separate Finances: If possible, consider separating your finances from your husband's to protect your financial well-being and creditworthiness. This might involve closing joint accounts or taking other steps to prevent further financial entanglement.

Consider Legal Remedies: Depending on the laws in your jurisdiction, you might have legal options to protect your interests. These could include seeking a legal separation or divorce, filing for bankruptcy (if applicable), or taking action against your husband for fraudulent loans.
Thanks

A.Dear Madam,
You will be in danger. Get details from the Sriram Company about the loans. Get issue notices to your husband and above company to discharge yourself and your father from guarantee ship etc. Other wise approach the court.
