Maney business lon apply Kiya tha ,sbi me sare documents submit kiye , and cibil score bhi asha he, Lekin bank manager meri lon sension nahi kar rahey. Ab me unki complain kaha karu ?????
A.Dear Client,
All the Banks/NBFC/FI are regulated by the guidelines formulated by RBI and uniformly followed by Banks in all banking transactions. A loan is sanctioned following the standing policies of the Bank and based on consideration of various factors that involve borrower eligibility, CIBIL Score, Repayment Capacity, past history of loan default or any economic offense, nature of collateral security, the status of guarantor etc and above all the discretion of loan sanctioning authority of the Bank. So, if any bank rejects your loan application, then a complaint against the concerned Bank if made, may not yield any favorable response on the subject, because now the Loan Sanctioning Executive of the Bank is personally held liable for a bad loan. You may take a chance by posting your grievance to the Banking Ombudsman on the issue.

If you have applied for loan and manager not sanctioned it till date, let us tell you that the loan to get sanctioned depends on your credit history and the willingness of the branch manager. So , the branch manager has the right to sanction your loan or reject your loan.
If you are not satisfied with this bank go to other banks for business loans
If you want to complain you can file a complaint to the OMBUDSMAN.
