I required to serve notice period of 3 months. However I need to leave within a month and I have offer the company to buy my rest of my notice period but they are forcing me to stay and not letting me buy my rest of notice period. I am thinking of leaving despite they are denying by writing a mail in advance that I am going to leave the bank on a particular date and i won't work after then.if you want I can buy the my notice period but in any case I won't work after that. So in such a scenario can they hold by Reliving letter?

A.Dear client,
You may face legal action for breach of contract, and the organisation may withhold your relieving letter, F & F Settlement dues, which may harm your career during Back Ground Verification (BGV) before joining another organisation. So, taking into account all of these aspects, you may reconsider your decision.

A.Dear Client,
In the absence of a condition of buyout exit policy in the contract of employment, you cannot opt for that if you are not in a position to serve the notice period on tendering resignation from the Company. You may face legal action for breach of contract and your relieving letter, F &F Settlement dues may be withheld by the Company which may adversely affect your career at the time of Back Ground Verification(BGV) carried on before joining another company. So, considering all these factors, you may review your decision.
