A.dear client in your case RCR is filed before the Family court. The process on a high level is to prepare a petition and submit before the Court.To prepare a RCR petition, you are requested to take professional help.

A.In designated family court or Civil Court of jurisdiction.Any of the party can file suit for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. It is better to consult a Family Court lawyer for advice & help for RCR.
