Summoning by court for witness Summoning by court for witness

Sir, I do a railway private job at assam. Recently A theft of railway material had been happened . Railway protection force did take me as witness of that incident. By my
ignorance and follishness i gave wrong
father name and adress while
RPF made witness paper . Now I have been by court for witness. What should i
do now? Pls tell.

A.Dear client,
You are supposed to appear in front of the Court. If the person is summoned but fails to show up, the Court may hold them in contempt and issue a warrant against them.
