Insurance rejection

I have corporate insurance and have raised post hopitalization claim which was cancelled. Again i have raised the same claim after few days and it got approved. Both the claims are same for same amount as well. So can i raise mental disturbance case against TPA and demand for compensate? As the same claim is once or teice rejected and third time it got approved. Please suggest me

Suppose the claim was for some 5000 so can i raise amount of 10lks for compensation as i was mentally disturbed?
