my hysband tortured me for dowry n iltreated ours is cultured family so v dnt went to police station.now he sent lawyer notice dat he file case on me. what are the possible cases he file in police station n in court

A.dear client in your matter there are lack of possibilities occured if you didnt reply to notice. you have to file case against your husband. like domestic violence case,mental harrashment, defamation and many more options available for you. kindly consult for deep advice on your matter.

A.First you have to reply to legal notice through your lawyer.Secondly you can take help from District Family Welfare Centre and in police Commissionerate family counselling center and if need take advice & help from lawyer.
