Recovery agents constantly call during job hours

I took a personal loan and used credit cards a few years ago to cover medical expenses for my parents. Now, I find myself in a situation where I can't afford to pay the loan EMI and credit card bills. However, my total monthly debt, which I've calculated, amounts to 1.5 lakhs. I don't own any property to sell, and I'm living in a rented house. recovery agents are constantly calling me during my job hours and my company not allowed personal calls in the office, and due to i am not able to pick the phone they are visiting my home address. please advise..

A recovery agent is not permitted to infringe upon your personal space, as per RBI regulations. You can also go to the police station and file a complaint against the recovery agent. If the police does not provide adequate assistance, you can file a civil injunction in court.
