A.In family it is only the couple husband & wife matter, rest is minor issues. The law is strict & have serious consequences for Dowry demand & abuse and cruelty. You will be protected. you and your are husband want to live together peacefully as per his marriage vows & promise it is ok, as you don't want divorce, but in reality & past experience it is not the case.It is better to consult a lawyer with the help of your parents to solve all the issues.

A.You want to stay with your husband and you r also saying that u have been subject to cruelty by ur husband and your inlaws..well well......ok .. if u want to stay with your husband and he is denying you to look after you and your welfare in your matrimonial home you can send him a notice with that effect and still he is not willing then file a case for the same. so far as cruelty committed by your inlaws and your husband you can file Domestic violence case against them .
