Sir,
When my father brought the land in the land papers they have written nadavazhi( way to walk ) for the family which live behind our house. Now they are telling that the way is theirs.in the land papers there is no mention about the measurement of the way or something related to that it's just the way to walk.if I take the case to court will I get my area?

A.Sir,
Before approach the court you have to give petition with ration card to the concerned thasilthar . Then survey the land.If there is any problem exist lodge a complaint to the police station along with your ration card.

A.In the land record it way to walk, it is for only custom & practice to allow for use not ownership of the usage of land.Whenever there is dispute the precedence ,custom & practice will be taken into account.The area is still with you, regarding taking the case to court better to consult a Lawyer to guide & help you in the dispute.
