Sale deed

I booked property in April 2022.Agreement to sale done in June 2022.It was agreed to complete work in 6 months.Due to delay from both sides, 10 % work still incomplete.Developer insisting for sale deed.He is not ready to do any further work without sale deed.He has promised to complete work after sale deed.What to do ??

You can go for the registration of sale deed. After the work is completed, you can collect occupancy certificate from them.
