A.Dear Client,
From the contents of the query, it appears that you have already done what you ought not to do. So, as of now, you need not to react over the subject until and unless the opposite party reverts to the subject with ulterior motives to harm you anyway. So wait and watch. However, based on their unfair/unethical reactions or demands, you need to serve a legal notice to them and file a complaint at the local police station and Cyber Crime Cell for suitable relief in the matter.

A.Dear Client,
Here are some steps you can consider taking:

Review the Agreement: Carefully review the agreement that was created in your name. Ensure that you understand its contents and implications.

Contact the Party: Reach out to the party who initiated this agreement on your behalf. Express your concerns and clarify that you did not provide full consent for this arrangement. Ask for a copy of the agreement.

Consult Legal Advice: If you are unsure about the legality or consequences of the agreement, consider consulting with a lawyer. They can provide guidance on how to proceed based on the specifics of the situation.

Request Cancellation: If you believe that the agreement should not have been made without your explicit consent, request its cancellation or withdrawal. The party involved may be willing to rectify the situation.

Document Communications: Keep records of all communications, including emails, messages, or any discussions with the party involved. This documentation may be useful if you need to take legal action.

Protect Your Identity: Be cautious about sharing personal information or providing signatures and photos without understanding the purpose and consequences. Protect your identity to prevent unauthorized use of your information.

Legal Remedies: If the party does not cooperate or if you believe that your rights have been violated, consult with your lawyer to explore any legal remedies available to you. This may include seeking a legal resolution or filing a complaint.
Thank you.
