Hello! My question is whether final year law students are eligible to apply for JAG army service ? And if so whether to select appearing or passed during filling the application form ?

A.Indian Army JAG Entry Apr 2019 Eligibility Criteria. Educational Qualification – Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree (three years professional after graduation or five year after 10+2 examination). The candidates should be eligible for registration with Bar Council of India/State.

The candidates should be eligible for registration with Bar Council of India/State. Candidates should be from a College / University recognized by Bar Council of India.
This clears the confusion. Only Graduates who have qualified/passed the course can apply.
Eligible for registration with Bar Council of India. [Stressed]
You should have completed your 5 or 3 years course and at least hold your provisional certificate.
