Refund of money and cancellation of admission

Sir I want to cancel my admission and want money refund according to ugc guidelines but university management told me that they refund money according what management decide to refund
A.Dear Client,
A student can escalate his grievance regarding any academic and non-academic matter online or offline to the Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) of the University which investigates the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. As per the notification dated 11-04-2023 made uner UGC(Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulations, 2023 can submit a grievance before the Students Grievance Redressal Committee for redressal of his grievance. failing which if the refund of admission fees on cancellation is payable under UGC guidelines or as per the prospectus of the Institute or University, then you may file a complaint before the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service claiming refund of admission fees along with compensation for harassment.
