My husband has taken 70000 rs from relative on 2 oct 2021 with 3% interest rate and returned 30000 rs on 2 Nov 2021 and again on 15 Nov 2021 he borrowed 20000 rs. It's been 2 years we haven't returned interest and money due. Only on 2 oct 2022 we have returned 10000 money due and 1800 interest. And now that money ĺender relative says that we returned only 20000 rs and borrowed 30000 rs literally she turned the both values and asking to return 1.5 lakh when we just have to return 83600 rs. And everything she writes on her diary or pages she made my husband duplicate sign on it and says you signed here. And her son had made the video of my husband taking money but don't have any proof he signed on her pages what should we do now

A.Dear Client,
A dispute arising out of lending of money or transaction of money as a loan between relatives is considered as a family dispute and needs to be settled or resolved through a family settlement process. In the absence of any legal documents and legal sanctity behind such financial transactions between the parties, remedy or relief is almost uncertain even through litigation before the Court.
