Obc ncl query
My parents combined total annual taxable income is less than 8 lacs am i eligible for ncl certificate. Both are in business and trade.
A.Dear,
The main eligibility criteria of OBC NCL is that the applicant’s parents’ annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Also, salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status. If in any of the last 3 years, the applicant's parent's income is below 8 lakhs, the candidate is qualified for OBC NCL. So, yes you are eligible for it.
hope it helps!
