A.Dear Client,
For any breach of any condition of contract of employment, the Employer can take disciplinary as well as legal action against you. An offer letter or contract employment does not require stamp paper which is required in case of service or employment bond. So you may face disciplinary as well as other legal consequences from the Company.

A.Dear Client,
In India, employment contracts are legally binding agreements, and the absence of a notary stamp on the agreement at the time of signing does not necessarily invalidate the contract. Notary stamps are not a strict requirement for the validity of employment contracts. What is important is that there is mutual consent and an offer and acceptance between the parties.
