Regarding GST
Hello sir I have booked a flat in panchsheel green phase ii at noida extension with a submission plan 30:70. 30percent already had paid before commencement of gst rule on June 2017. Projects is partially completed.OC has not yet to come. Builder is saying that if we done 70percent payment before OC then 6percent gst have to pay and after oc will come then 12 percent have to pay. Is builder demanding right. Or we should wait till oc has come and then do the payment. What amount of gst have to pay after oc will come and we can get any benefit like input tax benefit Thanks Bhawna
