A.Dear Client,
Apart from other reasons, a bank account is frozen by the Bank on the instruction of the Cyber Crime Cell on receipt of a complaint of a fraudulent transaction. This means that the account holder cannot access the funds in the account, and cannot make any transactions. The account shall remain inoperative/frozen until the cybercrime incident is investigated and resolved. To unfreeze or to make your account operative, you need to contact your bank as well as Cyber Cell. They will be able to tell you more about the cybercrime incident and what you need to do to resolve the matter ASAP.

Blocking a particular account from sending money to your bank account typically requires your bank's involvement and cooperation. Here's what you can do to address this situation:
Contact Your Bank: Reach out to your bank immediately to discuss the issue. Explain the situation regarding the joint account, the freezing of your account, and the concerns you have about a particular account transferring funds.
Provide Information: Be prepared to provide your bank with any details you have about the joint account, including account numbers, transaction details, and any communication you've had with your partner regarding the transactions.
Request an Investigation: Request that your bank investigates the matter. They may need to look into the specific transactions, the joint account setup, and any unusual activity to determine the cause of the issue.
Express Your Concerns: Clearly express your concerns about the joint account and any doubts you have about the partner's claims regarding the system.
