if the society people mob up on me and my family for pety issues as simple as asking them to move some one's car behind my car so i can use my car. what can i do in that situation?
A.Dear Client,
Many housing societies have RWAs or similar bodies. Contact them and report the issue, seeking their intervention in resolving the dispute. In cases of harassment or physical threats, it may be necessary to file a police complaint. If all else fails, you may need to consider taking legal action. You can explore legal remedies such as filing a case in a civil court for harassment. If you fear for your safety, you can seek a restraining order from the court against individuals involved in the harassment.
