Not issuing me any form of clearance form from my past employer

I have been part of one IT organisation called Valuemomentum from hyderabad in between period of April 22,2019 to July 1,2019. Due to my family and personal situation at home I have informed them saying that i won't be able to visit office and Continue working for them. Upon saying they have terminated my services as a case of abandonment, and no clearance certificate like service or termination is not shared since then, when i asked the HR team in hyderabad they are saying it cannot be shared as per their policy which i don't find in any of my terms and conditions received in my offer.

An employee can receive a relieving letter when he resigns, but he can also receive one when he leaves for other reasons, such as termination. A letter of job abandonment details the specific indiscretions/lapses perpetrated by an employee and provides the details surrounding the termination of his employment. Such a service certificate with a stigma may not serve any purpose for further employment elsewhere and also may not be a good show on your part to seek a better career prospect in the future.
