Builder not paying the labor charges

we were hired by a builder. after our continuous follow up for payment , they have paid only about 40% of total due and have issued termination letter.
how to respond in this situation

A.dear client in your matter You will be required to file a case in labor court for recovery of your dues.

A.Whether the builder have registration with the Asst.Labour Commissioner or License of Contract labour employment.You have to take up the issue with ALC. It is better to take advice & help of Labour Court Expert Lawyer to take up the case quickly.
