my husband given false complaint and i won the situation with truth and case closed. now he is nt ready to give divorce but i want divorce with compansation.how can i get divorce with compansation give me some ideas. advance thank u

A.You have to consult a Family Court Lawyer immediately to contest the case and your additional grounds of divorce and maintenance or compensation.You have to pursue the case to obtain the result in your favour.

first, you need to get how much compensation, whether he can arrange that compensation, you said he only offered for a mutual divorce, you can demand your compensation, if he agreed you can proceed, or you can file a case in curt , need more detail please feel free to call my no.

A.You havd file divorce case madam it is not clear as which religion you r hindu Muslim or Christian the procesure to file divorce case depends on your religion after filing case u lead evidence on allegation of the they r preponderance of probability u will get judgement and decree in your favour
