A.Dear Client,
A penultimate challan is generated for violation of traffic rules either through CCTV footage or on the basis of a report of traffic police and communication for payment of fines for that violation is complete once it appears in your mobile App. So, when you are not aware of your violation even if caused by default, you need to visit the Motor Vehicle Deptt or the Traffic Police Deptt to access the details behind the generation of challan ASAP, otherwise, your vehicle may be blacklisted by the Deptt for non-payment of a fine. Once the vehicle is blacklisted if it is caught in the course of plying the vehicle on the road, charging a heavy penalty to the owner of the vehicle may not be ruled out.

A.Dear Client
Get in touch with the traffic police or the local law enforcement office to inquire about the specific details of the challan. Request information on the nature of the violation, the date and time it occurred. Ask for any evidence related to the alleged violation, such as photographs, videos, or other documentation that can verify the incident.
