A.Dear Client,
Make sure to keep records of all your communications with the company. This includes emails, messages, and phone call records where they have promised delivery or given reasons for the delay. If repeated attempts to resolve the issue fail, you may consider sending a legal notice through a lawyer. The legal notice should clearly state your grievances and demand resolution within a specified timeframe. If the issue remains unresolved, you can consider filing a complaint with the appropriate consumer forum in India.

A.Dear Client,
Byjus being an educational service provider is accountable to his student customers for any deficiency in service or unfair trade practice. Reach out to an Advocate for serving a legal notice to the Byjus and for filing a complaint against them under the Consumer Protection Act before the Consumer Court claiming a refund of the entire subscription along with compensation for harassment.
