Can I claim my inheritance if I file child abuse case against my parents Can I claim my inheritance if I file child abuse case against my parents

I was emotionally abused from childhood till now. Now I am 21 years old. I am socially isolated from the childhood too. Still living inside a room, not even able to get out of the house because of lies my parents told to the public and i was overthinking about the emotional torture they do to me. Some days before onwards they told me they will physically harm me if I don't do suicide or leave from my inherited home. These much years I was not even got food (1 time per day sometimes otherwise no food at all -just water, sometimes they scold me for the money on the water I drink from my home.) They have successfully manipulated every people I Knew or I was having contact with and put them against me with them. I have already attempted 2 times for suicide. 2nd time it went up to the police. But I was convinced by many people who are in power over me to don't tell against them and compelled me to tell supporting them and it worked for them and they got escaped without any issues and the police was with them in that case too.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please reach out to emergency services in your country. In India, you can call 100 for police assistance or 1098 for child helpline. Try to connect with a trusted friend, family member, teacher, or counselor who can provide support. Share your feelings and experiences with someone you trust. Consider seeking professional help from a mental health counselor or therapist. They can provide a safe space for you to discuss your experiences and emotions. Helplines such as Vandrevala Foundation (India) at 1860-2662-345 or Snehi (India) at 011-65978181 can also offer support
