Blackmailing to pay money as I didn't complete the project

I have to fill 1200 forms in 12 days . But it's is different task.So I said I want to cancel the project. If I want to cancel the project I have to 1500. If I don't pay 1500 the after 12days they asked to pay 3900. If not they will file a complaint against me it's seems.They have my I'd proof and address

However, on receipt of repeated calls or messages demanding money or threatening legal action, then serve a legal notice informing them that you are contemplating filing a complaint in the local police station and filing a criminal suit against the Company for cheating and criminal intimidation u/s.415 and 503 of IPC. Once they received your legal notice, they would hide their link and contacts. In case the matter is not resolved then consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
