Online WFH JOB Blackmailing for money

I opted for WFH job. Job is to fill 1200 forms in 12 days. I thought it would be easy.But after reading the agreement I understood that I cannot cancel the project. If I want to cancel my project I have to pay 1500. If I don't pay that project is not cancelled. Within 12 days if I don't complete the project I have to pay 3900. They are having my address proof also. They are Blackmailing now to pay money. If not they will send legal notice to home it seems. What should I do now. After 1hr only I messaged that I don't want to do project. They asked to pay cancellation charges but I did not pay.
